This homeowner wanted a patio behind her condo unit. We dug it out, formed it straight setting the right slopes to drain rainwater and allow her to reinstall her hurricane shutters, set tapcons into the existing equipment pad to tie it in, poured the mud, finished, placed handcrafted joints, and left plastic in case of rain to protect it from the drip edge.
