commercial curb repair

The grounds manager of this establishment was looking for an expert to advise why the curbing was cracking at the corners. We flew out to Texas and repaired a section near the exit to demonstrate the procedure. Demolished the damaged area, repaired the face of one curb to bring it out to the cold joint using bonding agent and hydraulic cement, cut and chipped the other curb back to the nearest cold joint, installed expansion joint material to prevent the freeze and thaw cycles from causing future damage to the existing or the repair, applied bonding agent to the existing footing, poured 5000 psi concrete, and finished to match the existing.
